Associate Organizations
The Educational Bureau of Ocean Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and improvement of the community through activities providing for spiritual, mental and physical needs. Founded in 1885 and incorporated in 1888, the Bureau provides craft classes, Theatre Dance Camps, Ecology Adventure Camp for children, and an Art Travelers Camp. The Bureau owns the Curtis Guest House and the Blake Cottage.
In 2021, the Educational Bureau will not sponsor most of its traditional activities due to on-going concerns about safety during the pandemic. However, we will run our outdoor bazaars on the Curtis lawn with social distance and masking procedures in place.
Due to the pandemic, the Annual Meeting will be held virtually on June 28 at 10:00 am, and the Adjourned Meeting will also be held virtually on August 23 at 10:00 am. Call President Beth Keene at (207) 934-7010 for more information.
