Fran has responsibility for the overall, day-to-day management of the Association. Any issues that affect the Association as a whole, management questions, and funding issues should be directed to Fran. She is the person ultimately responsible to the Board of Directors for the operation of the Association. If you do not know who is responsible for a question or issue, send it to Fran.

  • Executive Director’s Calendar management
  • Building Reservation and Usage Schedule and Calendar
  • Personnel Recordkeeping
  • Coordination of Summer Staff on behalf of the Executive Director
  • Banking/Bookkeeping Support
  • Primary Purchasing agent

His responsibilities include:

  • Managing Member and Donor Records
  • Social Media including the website
  • Communications and Marketing

James Cocker

Jim is responsible for maintaining the Association’s building and grounds.

  • He oversees the summer maintenance staff and ground crew
  • He makes sure buildings are operable for programming needs
  • It is important that all building and use requests and facilities needs be documented through our online system: Building Setup and Equipment Form

Deb is responsible for supporting the OPA programs and the Program Hosts & Program Committee Chairs.

Contact Deb if you need printed materials including:

  • Posters
  • This Week in Ocean Park- any changes should be submitted by the Friday preceding the event.
  • Trifolds – submit pre-season if possible
  • Worship bulletin (final copy on Wed. before the Sunday service)
  • Copying of Program handouts
  • Requests for the Sandwich Board
