Healthy You Series
Yoga Fitness Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Rec Hall from 9:00 – 9:50 AM starting June 23 through August 29 (not on July 4 due to Independence Day activities). Led by yoga instructor Eliza Pierce.
Bring your own mat or towel and come try it!
Cost: $5.00 per session, all welcome.
Chair Yoga Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Rec Hall from 10:00 – 11:00 AM starting June 23 through August 29 (not on July 4 due to Independence Day activities). Led by yoga instructor Eliza Pierce.
This class allows individuals to perform Yoga poses while seated, providing the same benefits as traditional Yoga.
Cost: $5.00 per session.
Zumba Fitness Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at the Rec Hall from June 24 through August 28 from 9:00 – 10:00 AM.
Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired calorie burning dance fitness-party taught by Nancy Greenblatt, a licensed Zumba instructor.
Cost: $5.00 per session.
Walking Club
Join us for a brisk walk every Tuesday at 8:00 AM from June 24 through August 26.
Free, all ages welcome!
Meet in front of the Rec Hall and walk for approximately 1-2 miles, but walk as long or as short as you’d like, enjoying Ocean Park’s routes and trails.
