Justin Foster, Environment & Natural Resources
Justin is a third generation Ocean Parker and he is committed to protecting the health of the lands the OPA owns and manages, while providing safe and welcoming opportunities for public access, education, and stewardship. Justin has a PhD in Operations Research focusing on wholesale power markets and in particular transmission topology control. He has spent the last 14 years as an energy trader, where he conducts technical power transmission analyses for fundamentally based congestion trading including congestion revenue rights, virtual bidding, and OTC spread activities.
Linda is a 4th generation Ocean Parker and has been coming to Ocean Park for the summer for most every year of her life. She and her husband, Mark met at Colby College and since retirement, they spend summers on Mass. Ave in the cottage that Linda’s dad built in the early 1960’s. When not in Ocean Park, they live in Concord, MA. She and Mark are the proud parents of three sons and two grandsons.
Linda retired in 2020 as Vice President of the Project Management Team at Motus. She worked in software development as a systems analyst in her early career and moved into Project Management later. Linda has been involved in OPA committee work for many years, including Leadership & Nominating, Religious & Cultural, Library, served as Program Director, 1995-97 and has also served on the Board a number of times.
