Rachael Oatis, Development Co-Chair

Rachael serves as Co-Chair of the Development Committee for the Ocean Park Association. With roughly 15 years in health IT, she brings broad experience across clinical and technology disciplines. She is a Technical Program Manager at Stanford Health Care, where she leads IT initiatives for the radiology, imaging, and oncology service lines. In this role, she collaborates with clinicians, physicians, executives, IT professionals, and vendors to implement highly complex programs that advance patient care and operational efficiency.  Rachael holds a BS in Health Sciences from Moravian College and an MS in Health Informatics from Northeastern University. She is PMP-certified and has completed additional professional certifications.

She currently lives in Gorham, Maine, and enjoys being close to Ocean Park, the mountains, lakes, great food, and Boston.  When she’s not working, you’ll find her outdoors with her husband and dog, renovating a house, or adding a hobby to the ever-growing list.  She plays in a Skee-Ball league and is always up for tennis, paddleboarding, camping, gardening, or a cold-water dip.  Her family has vacationed in Ocean Park for generations.  Although she has lived in many places, her love of Ocean Park helped inspire her decision to put down roots in Southern Maine.
